The touristic domain of the Astrakhan region celebrate their professional holiday – World Tourism Day

On the 27th of September 2018 the representatives of the touristic domain of the Astrakhan region celebrate their professional holiday – World Tourism Day. It unites not only the tourism workers but the travel enthusiasts too

The ceremony in honor of the representatives of the touristic domain of the region took place at the hotel «Zolotoy Zaton». All assembled there were congratulated on their professional holiday by the general manager of the Governor stuff of the Astrakhan region Kanat Shantimirov as well as the first deputy of the Minister of Cultural Affairs and Tourism in Astrakhan region Olga Prokofieva. The chairman of the Committee of Education, Culture, Science, Youth policy, Sports and Tourism, Ilmira Utaliyeva, on behalf of the Duma of Astrakhan region wished the business achievements to this business community.

Within this celebration the representatives of the touristic domain as well as the business partners taking an active part in the region’s life and promoting the successful development of the tourism, were awarded. The guests of the ceremony obtained the Honor certificates from the Federal Tourism Agency of Astrakhan region, from the Governor of Astrakhan region, and from the Duma of Astrakhan region, as well as the Honor certificates and Letters of Gratitude from the Ministry of Cultural Affairs and Tourism of the region.

The winners and the awardees of the regional stage of the all-Russian competition of tourism worker’s professional excellence «The best by profession in tourism industry» were awarded with the commemorative diplomas in nominations of «The best worker of the front office of a hotel/other means of accommodation in 2018» and «The best specialist of the Hotel room capacity service (housemaid) of the year 2018».
